Designers Handbags

Handbags, handbags, and more handbags... And i meant designers handbags which are apparently FAR from my means. Here are the top 5 that i would very much love to own. In fact, i do have some of the brands. Yes, the copy and also a original version. =]

1) Louis Vuitton

You can check out the prices here. Sorry, i couldn't find the prices from the official website.

Ranges are from monogram to EPI collection. Oh God, how on earth will i be able to own a RM5k handbag??

Alma collection

I have a pirated version of i-do-not-know what range of the bag.

2) Gucci

Variety designs and color of GUCCI

'Joy' medium boston bag. Notice the price?

And, i own a FAKE 1 too... =p

3) Chanel

Net tote bag.

No, i do not even have a fake Chanel bag.

4) Hermes

Victoria II Tote Bag at $ 4,450. Nuff said....

5) Coach

Mia collection

Well, compared to the whole lot, Coach is in fact the cheapest of 'em all. . .
.
.

.
.
.

And the cheapest of them all, i managed to get 1!! =]

Coach horse and carriage wristlet (i do know it's not a handbag, well, just start from the smallest).

See, the price still very reasonable. Notice the numbers in red, which means it's a discounted item.

Well, going to keep it and give mom as her birthday present. ^^ <3

p/s: Thanks Mei!

art + design

Growing up with art, i've always appreciate and definitely have passion in it. Design and art is so abstract, that it varies in individuals' eyes.

Thanks to my mom, who was busy helping up dad, so she 'pushed' ( i would use the word push for now) my sis and i to an art class opened by Mr. Chung. I remembered each typical day where sis and i were given drawing blocks, starting off with crayons. I was only 4 or 5 during that time. During my early years in the drawing class, i would be jealous each time i see those elder ones allowed to use water color, and i kept asking Mr. Chung, when can i use the water colors? His replied was,"You can only use them when you're 10 years old"...and i did not understand why. As my age kept going up each year,i would ask him the same question over and over again until i was finally 10.

Buncho poster colour was my best friend back then. Then, i got to switch to the more professional ones which is Alpha water color.

My life in art, has brought me as who i am right now. I cultivated my passion for art and design, despite being in science stream for so many years.

Life is not easy for me now since i studied Industrial design instead of Interior design, which what i am as if for now. Well, somehow, industrial design is related to Interior design.

Look at Philippe Starck, being an industrial designer, interior designer and even architect himself.

He has designed so many products and interiors . . . . .

Louis Ghost chair for Kartell.

Being a design person myself, i did learnt of the art revolutions, from Baroque, Rococo, Rennaisance, Art Deco, Art Nouveau, Bauhaus and many many more.

The empire state building in New York city - Art deco

Musée du Louvre in Paris - French Rennaisance

Westminster Palace in London - Gothic Revival

These were what i learnt in USM. Credits to my lecturer, they did taught us about all the eras.

p/s : would love to travel around the world and experience the wonders of design with my own eyes =]

cooking

Sorry blog for abandoning you for so long, except for the previous 2 posts where i do reviews on websites. Had a good and inspirational training in centre last night. I'll strive to do my very best!!!

Got back home after sending bunny to jetty just now. Since i was and still is bored, i decided to cook! love cooking, hate washing!
anyway, cooked chicken fillet plus potatoes, and also french beans.

ok, this was a bit salty. I marinated the chicken with Lee Kum Kee (my favourite brand) oyster sauce, honey, light soy sauce and also pepper. Maybe i over estimated the proportion of ingredients to the quantity of chicken fillet.

French beans was so-so (again). A bit oily. On a scale of 1 till 10, i guess i will only give myself 5 out of 10. I still need loads and loads of practice to be as good as mom!

anyway, it wasn't my first time cooking. I realised i cook better when it comes to dry, no gravy food like fried fish.

Till then . . . . . .off to washing the plates and also myself . . =D

Yes, as you can see from my title above, today is the last day for us being able to online in University Heights. Time flies, i've lived here for almost 2 years. Anyway, streamyx sucks right here.. serious! i wanted to blog about the outing that me and friends joined today.
